Meet the Team

In the office, I generally sing (badly) and wander about, getting in the way of our excellent team but I do make a cracking brew.
In my free time, I coach my boys’ football teams and I am an avid horse racing fan. Also, I am an occasional Charity Golf Day hacker…

In the office I am never one to say no to a brew, I am also known to love a pack of post-it notes and a process map too!
Outside of work, I have three young daughters so I spend most of my time either with them or trying to find a quiet room in the house.

I joined the firm in August 2022 and have now knocked Sally off her perch as being the most common Ull (Hull) member of the team – something which I’m very proud of.
In the office, the team will soon become aware that I do like a singalong to any radio station and hopefully they will join in, especially at Christmas!
Outside of work, I have two daughters who do lots of activities which makes me a very special Daddy taxi most of the time. I also enjoy coaching my youngest daughter’s football team and watching my eldest play too.
I like keeping active by playing golf and going to the gym, but also I love to go to the racing and enjoy some lads time with a beer and a flutter.

After over 20 years within Learning and Development, it is safe to say I am pretty passionate about working with people. It's safe to say, no week is the same!
Outside of work, I like to be, well, outside! Whether that is finding new hikes with Bailey my Cocker Spaniel, travelling to new places (Italy being a favourite) and taking pictures (Instagram will vouch for this!). The NC500 was a bucket list moment for me this year taking 10 days in the camper to explore the Scottish Coastline - amazing!! Big foodie, even bigger music fan! Keen netballer, crossfitter and a general interest in keeping well.

I like to spend my free time with my friends and family going on days out to Knowsley Safari park or any family-friendly locations. Although it is also nice to go for a pint or two at the pub.
One thing on my bucket list that I will make sure I do before I’m 30 is a skydive!

Not many environments feel unfamiliar to her. Having held senior positions in the care, real estate and banking sectors, she’s also provided both operational and strategic HR support for multiple SMEs as a consultant.
Ridiculously knowledgeable and refreshingly good humoured, she’s quick to earn trust with employees at all levels, including line managers reliant on time-critical support, and directors looking to build, protect, and grow high-performing teams.

When I am not in the office, I go to the gym or go jogging most nights after work! This is definitely needed as I also love good food & drink, I always look forward to eating out and am definitely open to recommendations for new restaurants to try!
At the weekend I (unfortunately) follow Huddersfield Town and play Sunday league for my local pub, the standard is not great but I enjoy catching up with friends and teammates.

This is my second time round at NA - they love me so much they hired me twice.
Originally I joined following the take over of Empowered, but in 2025 I made a mistake and left for a couple of months.
I'm not scared to admit when I'm wrong, so I'm back, bigger (I just love food and can't help myself) and better than before!
I'm part of the remote team living in Scotland - I got a bit lost when relocating from Peterborough to Newcastle, and now I've been living up here for 15 years.
Having bounced around for a lot of my life it makes my accent a bit hard to place, and I like to pretend I'm an honorary Scot.
When I'm not working, I'm looking for something else to keep me busy - so far that's been a degree, my ACCA qualifications, home renovations, landscaping the garden, or generally trying to keep two super energetic dogs busy.
Looking for my next big project in 2025, so if you've got any ideas then get in touch!

I love cake and often buy myself a birthday cake just as a treat – no birthdays required!
I’m a true animal lover with 3 dogs, 2 cats and a guinea pig for pets!
I moved to an accountancy career in 2010 having previously worked in Travel, Care and Hospitality.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in my garden, either looking after it or sitting in my egg chair reading a good book (Usually a gritty crime thriller!)
I’m also a top fan of the local football team and watch every home game.
I love to spend quality time with my partner and two daughters (When I am not cleaning up after them!). One of our favourite things to do is take our dogs on long walks, and when we can, visit the beach.

One of the perks of being remote is that I can sing along to music loudly and very badly without causing any pain to my colleagues’ ears 🤣
When I’m not working I’m with my family and running around after my son. Our weekends are usually spent enjoying long walks with our dog and cheering on our footie team.
I’m happiest when I’m on holiday sunning myself with a cold beer or strawberry daiquiri in one hand and a good book in the other.
Ibiza is my favourite holiday destination. I love going for a nice meal on the strip and watching the famous Ibiza sunset.
Hopefully one day I can have a nice big villa there and work in the sunshine, instead of this cold damp Scottish weather. A girl can dream!!

I was ready for a new challenge and have seen the business evolve so much over the past 6 years.
My previous role as a Management Accountant has definitely helped in my current role with preparing budgets ad insights for clients, helping the to achieve their goals.
When I am not working I am in some other part of the world or planning my next adventure.
I love the sunshine and love to travel.
Most weekends and evenings are spent running around after my 2 children attending various sports clubs, including Tennis, Golf, Taekwondo and Football! With more in the pipeline! Being a Football mum is my favourite so far!
Life is certainly a whirlwind but I wouldn't want it any other way and certainly live life to the full!

I’m a born wessie but moved over to East Yorkshire young so no strong accent here!
In the office I am a sucker for any food or snacks, I’ve been known to cave and eat my lunch before 10 am.
Outside of work, you can find me in a restaurant, on holiday or in a restaurant on holiday.
I’m not the sportiest of people but I’ll give anything a go, I’ve recently started aerial classes. Other hobbies of mine are skiing, F1 and I like to go to the gym.

My passion for Asian cuisine keeps me exploring new flavors and dishes. But no matter where I go or what I’m doing, my favorite moments are those spent with family.

When I'm not at work, you will find I am doing something crazy!
I love being adventurous and trying new things. In the last year, I have taken up boxing, tennis, hiking, and cliff-jumping.
That being said, the best way to spend my Sunday is going hiking with my spaniel. Then I treat myself to a Starbucks and get my fluffy companion a puppacino.
It is safe to say I am an adrenaline junkie and I can't wait to start a new hobby!

I am the only one in the office who weirdly always drinks fruit tea showing I am a foreigner. But don’t worry, I speak Yorkshire as I have a proper Yorkshire boyfriend. Although the others always tease me with my sayings and accent: “bits and bobs” and “Ta, love!”.
In my free time, I love taking photos with my professional camera, dancing, fitness, hiking, gaming and skiing.
Competing for the title of being the loudest in the office.

I love socialising with my friends and meeting new people whilst I’m out. There’s nothing better than sitting in the pub and talking nonsense to complete strangers.
Let’s just say, if I’m ever at home then you should be worried!
