Client Experience & Admin Co-ordinator
Chatty, warm and full of energy, Estelle is our official welcoming party. If you’ve ever called the office, you’ll definitely recognise her friendly voice on the other end of the line.
Estelle has always worked in front-of-house roles and has gained valuable experience at both a conveyancing company and another accountancy firm, so she knows exactly how to make clients feel at ease.
Estelle doesn’t just keep the office organised; she keeps everything running smoothly – always bringing energy and positivity to every day. If you’re lucky, she might even make you one of her cracking cups of tea.
What are your main interests or hobbies?
I absolutely love going to the gym, where I like to do strength training, fitness, and a good session on the stepper. When I’m not working out or spending time with family and friends, my number one hobby is shopping – and I go to browse or buy with my sister on most weekends.
What music do you like – any specific genre or artists?
My playlist is definitely a mix of everything – including R&B, Afrobeats, and indie favourites like Arctic Monkeys and Kings of Leon.
What’s your favourite food?
I’m a big fan of sushi and Mexican food. My go-to dish is usually fajitas – with a cold pint of Moretti or Cruzcampo (or half a pint to keep it classy).
Do you have a favourite book or author?
I do love a good romance or a psychological thriller, and I’m a big fan of authors like Colleen Hoover and Freida McFadden.
What TV show, film or boxset would you recommend to others?
Film-wise, you can’t go wrong with The Parent Trap or How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days but I really enjoy watching thrillers and true crime. My favourite TV shows are Money Heist, Grey’s Anatomy and Friends.
Do you have a favourite holiday destination or place you’d love to visit?
There’s nothing better than chilling out on a beach holiday with a good book to read, but I’d also love to go and visit South East Asia for the culture.
What smartphone App could you not live without?
Without a doubt, that would have to be TikTok – perfect for a bit of light-hearted scrolling or ‘brain rot’ as I like to call it!
How would you describe yourself in 5 words?
Welcoming, organised, friendly, chatty and personable. I also make a cracking cup of tea!
