What are your main interests or hobbies?
I like going to the gym, where I mainly lift weights and do some strength training. I’ve also recently started playing padel, which I’m really enjoying.

What music do you like – any specific genre or artists?
I’d definitely say I’ve got an eclectic taste in music. I can listen to anything from Frank Sinatra to the Courteeners. Nickelback are my favourite band (thanks to my mum’s influence), and I’ve seen them five times.

What’s your favourite food?
Although I have a soft spot for Mexican and Italian food, my favourite meal would have to be something homely like sausage and mash with lots of homemade gravy.

What TV show, film or boxset would you recommend to others?
The best box set I’ve seen is Sons of Anarchy, which follows a motorcycle club in the Californian underworld – really addictive viewing. Film wise, I don’t have a favourite but I do like to watch ones which are based on true historical events that happened.

Do you have a favourite podcast?
I sometimes listen to The Overlap and I also like The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, when he interviews a person who I’m interested in.

Do you have a favourite holiday destination or place you’d love to visit?
It’s my dream to visit every country in the world during my lifetime, but the place I’d most like to go is Vietnam and South East Asia because of his history and culture.

What smartphone App could you not live without?
I’d have to go for Spotify because I’m always listening to music and I do like to put a podcast on when I go for a walk.

How would you describe yourself in 5 words?
Personable, organised, sociable, flexible and helpful.
