What’s it like being part of

We are a growing team who work closely together to provide the best possible service for our clients. Visit our meet the team page to find out a little more about us individually.

As you would expect, Northern Accountants will be highly competitive, with all the usual benefits and some slightly different ones too. We think Richard Branson got it absolutely right when he said you should “Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don’t want to”. Personal development is absolutely pivotal to the way we work, as is the promise we will never constrain you. After all, the better you are, the more we benefit.

We also think learning should be done on a group level so we like to utilise team training days as opportunities to break out into new spaces, learn new things and treat ourselves to nice lunches. Also, be prepared for multiple hot drinks every day and some extra Chinese lunch Thursdays and Breakfast Fridays too.

Not everything we do is planned, we will always take the opportunity to celebrate success, it’s not something to plan, just something everyone should do.
