What specialist skills do you offer your clients?
I am approachable, friendly and like to help where I can.
When did you start at NA (month and year)?
Started at Wintersgill in September 2017 and subsequently Northern Accountants from November 2019.
What were you doing before you joined?
I had my own Bookkeeping business which I built up over two years and prior to that worked in finance departments in manufacturers.
What have been your greatest professional achievements while you have been at NA?
I introduced Receipt Bank to the Ilkley Team and moved all our payrolls from Sage to Brightpay.
What’s the best thing about working at NA?
Working with a great team and having great support around me.
What drives you to achieve great results for NA clients?
The sense of achievement when we improve clients way of working and seeing them grow their businesses in the most effective way.
What is your ultimate career ambition?
My ultimate career ambition WAS to be a ballerina and professional dancer but sadly, I’ve missed that boat now. Working at NA will have to come a close 2nd!

I live in Ilkley with my two daughters, two cats, two guinea pigs and a dog!
What’s playing in your car right now?
Who would you most like to meet and why?
I have always wanted to meet Darcy Bussell, she has been a lifetime inspiration and who I absolutely idolised when I was younger.
If you could go back in time, what piece of advice would you most like to tell your younger self?
Believe in yourself and you can achieve your dreams.
What are your pet hates?
Who is your role model?
Probably my Mum, she has been such a strong woman who has overcome so much and I look up to her massively.
How would you describe yourself in 5 words?
Hard working, Kind, Loyal, Friendly and Generous.
Name your favourite musical artist, food, film, book and TV show?
I like all sorts of music – Foo Fighters and Haim just to name two.
Anything Italian for food and I’ve just discovered Sushi!
Favourite films are The Breakfast Club and Dirty Dancing.
Books and TV Shows there are too many to choose from.
If you could only take 3 things to a desert island, what would they be and why?
I would take my two daughters and my dog Poppy (I’d probably sneak in some wine too).
