COVID-19 Message from our CEO - Press Release Follow up - What we have done.

To have our support package to clients written about in the press was quite humbling and all the credit must go to our fantastic team, who have taken my ‘quite simple’ idea and made it a reality.
So what have we done?
Let’s put this into context, we are a team of 16, with in excess of 500 clients.
The original rollout of my ‘simple idea’ (to implement the perfect AppStack in all our clients’ accounting functions) was to be done over a 6 month period.
Our team will do it in just 4 weeks.
Here is what we have and will do:
Week 1 (w/c 23/03/2020)
They contacted EVERY SINGLE business client by telephone to explain my ramblings (which I am told are a little clearer than the daily government briefings) and then tailor a bespoke software support package designed to help keep cash flowing in their businesses.
No small task in itself, but this is not where they have stopped.
Week 2 (w/c 30/03/2020)
Over 250 Xero Add-Ons have been set up on clients’ accounts (this includes Receipt Bank, Stripe, Chaser and Float).
Plus dozens of Full Xero Conversions and setups have been completed.
The team has also reviewed EVERY SINGLE clients’ Xero accounting package, highlighted and communicated, by phone, the improvements needed to allow our tailored AppStack to be truly effective.
Week 3 (w/c 06/04/2020)
EVERY SINGLE client who has taken an AppStack recommendation will be booked on to training sessions and these (3 a day) will be delivered by the team each and every day. As well as over 75 clients being given 1-2-1 training on how to set up budgets and cash flow forecasts.
Week 4 (w/c 13/04/2020)
EVERY SINGLE business client will be recontacted by a member of the team to simply make sure they are alright. To check how they are coping in these most challenging of times, to see how we can assist them further, to simply listen to what they have to say and to be there as someone who understands.
As you can see we are only halfway through my ‘simple idea’ but we will not stop in our commitment to helping businesses stay in business.
Running a business is a lonely job at the best of times, in isolation and lock down it can become unbearable.
I am fortunate to have a fantastic team to support me. It hasn’t always been the case and as many of you know, from April 2018 to December 2019, no fewer than 20 people came and went through the NA doorway.
An incredibly high (and from the outside worrying level) team member turnover percentage, but I am sure each and every one of you will agree, those decisions, some more painful than others, have been justified in every sense of the word.
